LANVIN relocated its flagship store for Asia from Ginza 7-chome (opened in 2004) to Ginza 4-chome. The new flagship store, which opened on May 18th, is named the “NEW LANVIN Boutique Ginza Store” and is located in the historical building Seisho (Bible) Kan Building (address: 4-5-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo).

The store consists of 3 floors and will be the only store in Japan to house all lines of the brand.

The 1st floor lines up women’s wear including wear, accessories, bags, shoes and the latest collection designed by Alber Elbaz. A handmade chandelier made of Venetian glass creates a home like atmosphere resembling a residence in Paris.

The 2nd floor features the wedding line “Collection Blanche” and children’s wear for girls “Lanvin Petite” and other wear in a salon like relaxed atmosphere.

The B1 floor lines up menswear. Wear, sneakers, bags, suits, shirts, neckties and other items designed by Lucas Ossendrijver are in store.

According to the brand, popular items in Japan include ballet shoes, silk dress from the pre-collection and standard bag “HAPPY.” Some Japanese clients purchase collection looks on the spot, which is characteristic to the country. The latest camera bag “PARTITION” is also off to a good start.
