Main visuals for G.V.G.V.’s first collection for men in collaboration with Opening Ceremony have been released.
The visuals were handled by up and coming photographer Chad Moore, who once worked as assistant to Ryan McGinley. The photo shoot took place in Brooklyn, New York, and one of Opening Ceremony’s staff, Sean Risley posed as model. All photos will be available on Opening Ceremony’s Japanese website from Nov 1.
The theme of the collection is “Skin,” which ties in with the brand’s seasonal theme “Discipline.” A total of 12 items including- biker jacket with MA-1 style sleeves (94,500 yen), all leather mod’s coat (168,000 yen), leather half pants with stripes (63,000 yen), organdy shirt (29,400 yen) and knit with embroidery reading “Skin” are lined-up.
The collection will go on sale from Nov 9 at Opening Ceremony Omotesando and Lumine Shinjuku 2 stores.
