A pop-up for the French brand “Apologie” is open at Isetan Shinjuku (2F) until Feb 9.

The event lines up the iconic shoes “Scarla” (40,950 yen), pumps with wave-shaped silhouette “Minnie” (61,950 yen), opera shoes with motif of an eye “Salvatore” (37,800 yen), booties, heels and two Isetan-exclusive models.

Original tote bags (3,780 yen), soft toys (2,415 yen) dubbed “Bonsoir” in collaboration with Control Bear, and stoles are also available. A limited number of original postcards are offered as gifts to customers.

Apologie was founded in 2012 by designer Olivia Cognet, who has a career of designing shoes for high brands such as Sonia Rykiel and Carven. Elegant designs with slim silhouettes imaged after the chic streets of Paris are made with craftsmanship using materials from Italy. Simplicity is fused with unique graphics and details under the concept “stylish yet humorous shoes for daily use.”
