The pop-up event “Le Moynat Trunk Show” is being held for the third time in Japan on the fourth floor of Isetan Shinjuku. Until Mar 25.

The latest “Rejane Clutch” designed by artistic director Ramesh Nair is introduced in Japan for the first time. The item arranges the iconic “Rejane” bag, and when the shoulder strap is placed inside the bag, it becomes a clutch. In Japan, the bag is available in three colors: black, taupe or raspberry.

The “Macaron Trunk,” which was the highlight of the past two pop-ups, is replaced with the “Bicycle Trunk.” The bicycle trunk is imaged after rural landscapes and is designed with two lever locks, which have been granted patents. An original waterproof canvas material first designed in 1854 is also being used. The symbolic initial patterns in art-deco style and 450 nails placed in 7.5 mm intervals decorate the trunk, which is finished off with leather on the corners for durability.
