Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics - Spring Edition 2015, the largest international apparel fabrics and accessories trade fair in the world, will be held for three days from Mar 18 to 20.

The space used for the fair will be twice the size of the previous spring fair, totaling to 100,000 square meters. From this time, the venue has been changed to Shanghai’s National Exhibition and Convention Center. It has been confirmed that over 2,500 exhibitors from 24 countries and regions will participate in the event.

Salon Europe, gathering exhibitors from the continent, includes the Milano Unica Pavilion from Italy, the Portugal Pavilion, the Germany and France zones, and the Premium Wool zone. From Asia, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, Taiwan as well as the Texprocil Pavilion, specializing in cotton textiles, from India will take part. Around 2,000 Chinese exhibitors will also be participating.

Once again, there is much anticipation for the Verve for Design zone, welcoming unique design studios from around the world, and the All About Sustainability zone, inviting companies with eco-friendly/sustainable products, technology and services.

International and Chinese Trend Forums, providing guidance for next season’s trends, and seminars discussing topics such as design and trends, technology, market information and business strategies will also be available as related programs. In addition, three other textile fairs, the Yarn Expo Spring, PH Value and Chic, will take place concurrently with Intertextile Shanghai to offer buyers with a variety of choices.
